Exhibition background

Located in the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta, close to Guangzhou, surrounded by three cities- Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing, Foshan is one of regions in Guangdong province, with rapid economic development, huge economic aggregate and strong comprehensive strength. Many industrial products and output rank among the best nationwide, including household appliances, ceramics, aluminum profile, coating, textile and garment, equipment manufacturing, food and beverage, and furniture, etc. which are of mainstay industry. Preliminary statistics show, the total output value of mechanized equipment industry is 253.334 billion yuan, and the added value is 58.608 billion yuan, up 22.52% on last year's same period. It is endowed with the "China (Foshan) Mechanized Equipment Exhibition" known as a manufacturing industry card for mechanized equipment in Foshan to keep abreast of the market pulse, high-quality and sophisticated machines and innovative sci-tech products are regularly exhibited here every year, which attracts large quantities of professional purchasing agents or purchasing missions both here and abroad. Statistical data shows that the average quantity of professional purchasing missions by grouping on the scene of each exhibition is 40-55, while professional visitors spontaneously presenting in the exhibition are more than 50,000 who come from five districts of Foshan, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing, Yunfu, Dongguan, and etc.. No matter its scale or quality has become the best and the only large-scale professional exhibition in Foshan and in South China.
