Sino-German Industrial Services Park，with a net land area of about 100,000 ㎡, is adjacent to Dongping River to the north，Huayang Bridge which is under planning to the east and Yuhe Road to the south. Sino-German Industrial Services Park will be developed harmoniously with the first phase of CBD，integrating business offices，exquisite product display museums as well as the leisure and commercial belt. Driven by the platform of Sino-German Industrial Services Zone，Sino-German Industrial Services Park will be built into an international technology transfer center，Sino-European research and training center. By introducing international innovative technologies, it will help achieve the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of Foshan and promote the development of modern service industry.

Joint Investment Attraction of the First Phase of CBD
Description of project:
The land sale of the first phase of CBD in Foshan Sino-German Industrial Services Zone has been completed fully. Totally nine major projects with a total investment of over 15 billion Yuan were attracted，including an over 300-meter landmark--Suning Plaza, Foshan Entrepreneurs’ Building，Citic Bank Project，China Metal Trading Headquarters Base，Success Financial Plaza，Join-Share International Financial Center as well as Baoneng International Cultural and Financial Center and so on. With the construction area of about 200000 mu (13333.33 hectares), it will be constructed into the world advanced environmental-friendly and energy-saving demonstrative buildings to mainly introduce the high-tech enterprises and research and development service institutions. Foshan Cultural Center Art Village Project
Description of project:
Art Village is an important part of the cultural center, covering a land area of about 26659 square meters and a total construction area of 3525 square meters. It is divided into three functional parts, including the Lingnan Art Gallery of 1198 square meters, Binhe Art Gallery of 1516 square meters, and Mingjia Art Gallery of 811 square meters. Works of famous Chinese sculptors will be introduced and placed in the Art Village, to build up the first famous sculpture garden in China. The project is proposed to form a demonstration and exchange platform of Foshan culture and art, become the origin and core of the originality and creativity of Foshan culture, and provide places for the cultural tourism, cultural education and cultural publicity of Foshan.
