For those who are entering Foshan from overseas, please register your health information 

and schedule in advance!

为进一步做好境外返抵佛山人员的健康服务工作，请近期从境外来（返）佛山的海外乡亲、国际友人，于入境前（建议至少提前三天）登陆“返抵佛山人员信息登记”（Information Registration for People Entering Foshan）登记个人健康和行程情况，并请将来（返）佛山计划告知所在社区（小区）。

In order to further improve the health services for people entering Foshan from overseas, 

please register overseas "Information Registration for People Entering Foshan" in advance 

(recommending at least three days ahead), and please inform your neighborhood and community 

management units about your visit plan to Foshan.

我们会依法保护您的隐私，相关信息仅用于疫情防控相关工作，请如实填写。如故意隐匿、瞒报本人或亲属国际旅行史、居住史以及与新冠肺炎确诊病人接触史、身体状况等信息的，导致疫情传播或造成不良后果的，依法追究相关法律责任。
